Use the PSP system's Internet functionality to make free voice calls. (PSP-2000 series and above)

Skype is an application that lets you make free* calls over the Internet to anyone else using Skype, anywhere in the world. Skype for the PSP system has the following functions:

  • Make calls to or receive calls from Skype users (free)
  • Call traditional landline phones (SkypeOut) (a paid feature)
  • Receive calls from traditional landline phones (SkypeIn) (a paid feature)
  • Send/receive voicemail (a paid feature in some cases)
