Inserting the battery
1. Remove the battery cover. On the rear of the PSP system, hold down the PUSH button and slide the battery cover open as indicated.
2. Insert the Battery Pack. Align the bottom surface of the Battery Pack with the PSP system to attach.
3. Replace the battery cover. Align the tabs on the cover with the spaces on the PSP system and slide the battery cover in until it locks firmly into place.
Charging the battery
1. Attach power supply. Connect the AC Adaptor to the DC IN 5V Connector on the bottom right of the PSP system.
2. Connect to power supply. Plug the AC Adaptor into an electrical outlet. The POWER indicator turns orange, indicating that charging has begun. The POWER indicator will turn off when the battery is fully charged.
