Love film? Let PlayStation bring it to you.

Moving images are crucial to everything we do, so it's no wonder PlayStation has had a long love affair with film and the arts, encouraging creativity through sponsorship and endorsement of artists, musicians and film-makers.

If you love watching movies with visuals and sound of the highest quality, then PlayStation 3 offers one of the best Blu-ray Disc players around. With our games, we're blurring the lines between gaming and cinema, with big Hollywood names now playing our characters and creating our animation and music. And, if your passion for movies extends to playing as their characters, we've got the official games of some of the biggest movies out there.

Blu-ray/ BD Live

We're always developing firmware updates to make your PlayStation experience better, and the recent 2.20 System enhancement brings you BD-LIVE, a set of interactive movie features that will take you even deeper into the Blu-ray movie experience.

Siren Blood Curse

The most terrifying game in the iconic horror survival Siren series to date, Siren Blood Curse is coming to PlayStation Network in twelve TV-style, suspense-packed downloadable episodes this summer.

A portable video library which allows PSP owners in the UK, Ireland and France to watch video on demand. Wall-E

Pulling another inevitable summer blockbuster out of their animated hats, Wall-E is Disney-Pixar's latest cartoon hero and he's making his game debut on PlayStation 2.

Ghostbusters

The Ghostbusters are back in a PlayStation adventure written by original Ghostbusting legends Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis - a.k.a. Stantz and Spengler from the original movie!

LEGO Batman: The Video Game

Batman begins once again, this time built from bricks as LEGO Batman explodes onto PS3 and criminal playground Gotham City becomes a toy town overrun by villainous thugs and devious masterminds!

Kung-Fu Panda: The Game

Based on the DreamWorks Animation martial arts movie Kung Fu Panda, Kung Fu Panda the Game takes you on an action-packed adventure inspired by the movie and beyond.

Short Film and Sponsorship

PlayStation's long-standing relationship with the arts around the world has spanned from short animation competitions in Australia to PSP virtual art galleries in France to the UK sponsorship of the world famous Royal Opera House. One of the initiatives this year is a pan-European programme bringing together senior film industry figures with young directorial talent to create new and challenging short film content - it'll be available to download via PSN.
