Naughty but nice - Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and The Last of Us Remastered
Juggernaut developer Naughty Dog bared its teeth with a 29 July 2014 release date for The Last of Us Remastered on PlayStation 4. While a tantalising teaser for Uncharted 4: A Thief's End got the blood pumping, with a glimpse of everybody's favourite treasure hunter, Nathan Drake.

A new legend is born...
The next big action adventure from Demon's Souls developer FromSoftware exploded onto the stage to rapturous applause. Bloodborne on PS4 is all about delivering fast paced, brutal and relentless action that will leave you bloodied, bruised... and ready for more. Keep an eye out for Bloodborne in 2015.
GTA V steals some PS4 time
Yes, that's right - Grand Theft Auto V is coming to PS4. And it doesn't matter if you already own it on PlayStation 3 - GTA V on PS4 lets you download your saved game and characters, meaning you can pick up right where you left off. Mark the launch date of autumn 2014 in your calendars now.
A Sackboy surprise
Gaining a massive cheer at the conference, LittleBigPlanet 3's unveiling showed Sackboy at his handstitched best - and with three multi-talented friends to help him out on his first PS4 adventure.

More light for inFAMOUS fans
Catching everyone by surprise was the news of inFAMOUS First Light, a standalone slice of super powered fun for PS4. You don't need to own inFAMOUS Second Son to leap into this electric game, which focuses on the neon powers of Abigail "Fetch" Walker.
Made to Order
PS4 action adventure The Order 1886 was in fine form with a brand new trailer giving us a scary glimpse of the deadly Lycans - the perfect thing to get you hyped up for its 2015 release date.
New ways to play
Remote play for PS4 and a massive variety of PlayStation games become even easier to access with PlayStation TV, due for an autumn 2014 release.

PS Vita wins hearts
We haven't forgotten about PlayStation Vita, either. The portable powerhouse came out swinging with a variety of heavy hitting titles such as intriguing adventure Tales from the Borderlands, unique role-playing game Child of Light and the popular Tales of Hearts R.
Can we have this dance? Grim Fandango returns
Claiming one of the biggest cheers of the show, classic PC adventure title Grim Fandango was revealed for PS4 and PS Vita. Promising remastered visuals, there's no doubt this was one of the big hits of the show.

Trailers with punch and bite
PS4 bound action adventure Dead Island 2 had viewers in stitches with its comical take on zombie-pounding fun, while oohs and aahs were audible during the first gameplay footage of Mortal Kombat X, which showed off interactive environments, brutal new characters and viciously visceral finishing moves.
Refreshing and new
Several titles captured the audience's imagination: acclaimed creator SUDA 51's PS4 exclusive Let It Die, the brilliantly slick looking sci-fi of No Man's Sky, the gorgeous and dreamlike aquatic journey of ABZU and the unique Entwined - which delighted the crowd when they discovered you can download and play right now from PlayStation Store.

With news that virtual reality headset Project Morpheus is available to play at the show booth, along with even more games to enjoy, PlayStation raised the already steamy Los Angeles temperatures to an excited boiling point.
