The family entertainment wonder of EyePet is helped by two fun tools that helps bring everything to life. The PlayStation Eye Camera and the amazing Magic Card allow you to see your adorable little Pet in all his furry glory as he scampers around your living room.

Making the Pet your very own is easy - you can style his fur and buy outfits for him, giving him a unique look that can evolve as he does, as your Pet develops through three stages of Pet evolution to become more expressive, intelligent and agile. With the ability to customise your own unique, cheeky Pet, your EyePet is truly your own

With your Pet in action, a whole world of entertainment is open to you. You can stroke your Pet to cheer him up, feed him to fight off hunger, and play with him in a variety of exciting ways. Your Pet gives you the chance to play and interact with your very special own friend who you can take care all by yourself.

Pet at play

Playing with your Pet is easy. There are two different ways - open play and challenge play. In open play you have a selection of modes to choose from, with the ability to pick from a range of toys and then enjoy a particular game. For example, pick the robot and you'll find yourself in a spot of tennis with your Pet, while another option sets up a group of pins that you have to aim your Pet at for him to roll up into a ball and bowl them over.

That's not all on offer - there's even the chance to draw new toys for him to play with, which magically spring to life on-screen and let your Pet interact with. Fancy giving your Pet a stylish little car to knock around? Then draw one and get his little motor running, not only providing a bit of fun - it also helps develop a bond of friendship between you and your Pet.

Challenge play introduces a 16-day training program with a new toy being awarded every day. With 60 challenges in total based on your Pet's development adding to the massive fun available in open play, there's plenty for you and your Pet to enjoy.

Fireman? Pirate? Astronaut? Or...

Fun with your Pet doesn't stop there. You also have the ability to capture photos and video of your Pet's best moments which you'll be able to relive time and time again, as well as taking the chance to explore EyePet.com for fun features. And there's the chance to create a Pet profile and download packs from the in-game store, including new costumes which will let you dress up your Pet in seasonal holiday outfits, or clothes such as a baseball cap or space suit.
