The armies of the night number 60,000 strong... Rockstar Games unleashes gang culture on PS2.
Walter Hill's NYC gang epic has been a cult smash since its 1979 theatrical release. A reflection of, and in turn an influence on contemporary urban culture, The Warriors marked a moment of uncertainty and fear at the end of the 70s in America.
Rockstar expands the stylized cinematic action of the cult classic, from the seedy beachfront of Coney Island, Brooklyn to the desolate wilds of Van Courtland Park in the north Bronx, into a gritty experience on PlayStation 2. Wrongly accused of killing a rival gang leader, The Warriors must make their way from one end of New York to their turf on the other side of the city. All that stands between the Warriors and their survival are 20 miles and thousands of street gang members.
- Step into the world of The Warriors and fight for survival on an epic and brutal journey
- Breathtakingly stylish backdrops bring 70's New York to life
- Experience visceral gang violence as you square off against the Hi Hats, Hurricanes, Savage Huns...
