Find out how to transfer your existing eu.playstation.com account details to a PlayStation Network account.
Since November 2008, visitors to eu.playstation.com have been able to sign in to the site using their PlayStation Network account details. This means that you can create a Portable ID, take part in community Events and much more.
If you have an eu.playstation.com account already, you must create a PlayStation Network account to use the new features. Once you have created a PlayStation Network account, you will be able to transfer some of the existing details from your eu.playstation.com account. Find out how here.
1. Visit eu.playstation.com/sign-in

Sign in using your PlayStation Network account details or select Create Account to create a new account in a pop-up window. Once you have completed the process, you can close the window and sign in to PlayStation Network straight away.
2. Enter existing eu.playstation.com account details

Once you have signed in using your PlayStation Network account details, you will be given the opportunity to enter your eu.playstation.com details. This will transfer any existing information we hold for you to your PlayStation Network account. If you like, you can choose to fill out the information yourself.
