Your memories as multimedia

PlayStation®3

At the heart of PlayStation 3 beats a powerful Blu-ray Disc player and a Hard Disk Drive (HDD)

PlayStation 3 is an ideal way to bring together your favourite sounds, sights and memories as your very own multimedia centre.

With a Hard Disk Drive, PlayStation 3 is a great partner for your entertainment collection. Selecting any of the Photo, Music, Video icons on the Home Menu will enable you to access your multimedia files.

Populating your PS3 with your favourite multimedia is easy. Starting with photos, you can transfer your images in a variety of ways to your PS3, from a variety of devices such as your PSP, digital camera, camera phone or USB drive via the relevant cable into one of the USB ports.

The PS3 System allows you to show the contents of your photo folders in an array of slideshows and you can even send them to your Friends on the PlayStation Network.

To create your own jukebox, simply transfer your favourite audio CD to PS3. The same goes for tunes stored on connected devices such as PSP, Memory Stick, USB drives and other compatible storage devices.

As the heart of your home multimedia, PS3 is the perfect place to store, organise and enjoy an array of digital video files. Store your existing digital movies on the PlayStation 3 system's Hard Disk Drive, and download new content from PlayStation Store including High Definition movie and game trailers.

All your multimedia on your PS3 can be accessed via Remote Play with your PSP. Build a massive library of staggering visual and audio entertainment on your PS3, and access it in a different location via PSP.
