The Games Convention in Leipzig kicks off with a bang as the industry comes together to show off its wares.
Games Convention in Leipzig is the biggest games event in Europe attracting visitors from all over the world to check out the latest developments in interactive entertainment.
This year, day one was a dedicated press day giving journalists the chance to see all the most anticipated new games in action. This culminated in Sony Computer Entertainment Europe's press conference where a whole host of exciting new features were announced for PlayStation 3, PSP (PlayStation Portable) and PlayStation Network
