Take a break from gaming and watch hundreds of digital television channels on your PSP, with Play TV.

PlayTV allows you to watch, pause and record free-to-air digital television channels using your PlayStation 3. You can pause live television, or rewind it if you missed something; record one channel while watching another; and access a complete guide to the coming week's programmes.

If you also have a PSP, then it's easy to take the full service with you, wherever you go; if you are within range of a Wireless Internet connection, you can take advantage of PlayTV's great features from anywhere in the world, using Remote Play for PSP.

Not only can you watch your favourite shows live and in superb quality while you're abroad, you can record channels and watch them back later. In summary, you can do everything with your PSP that you could do if you were sat in front of the TV at home.

It works brilliantly; video quality is stunning and the menus are quick and easy to use. It's like having a high-end television and a recordable set-top box in the palm of your hand.

Remote Play allows you to take control of your PS3 from your PSP, so the advantages aren't restricted to PlayTV; you can watch movies or listen to music saved on the PS3 system's hard drive and even play games that support the feature.

PSP owners are already enjoying hundreds of great games, music and movies on the go, and with Play TV offering access to the world of digital television, the device is set to strengthen its position as the ultimate handheld entertainment device.
