All of the glitz and glamour from one legendary decade have been bottled up and packed into SingStar Back to the '80s. So hunt out those shoulder pads, throw on some sunglasses and make sure your hair is as outrageous as possible - you're about to head back in time on PlayStation 3.
Each of the 30 tracks is accompanied by the artist's original video, so you certainly won't be lacking any inspiration for fashion or dance moves. Already mastered the look? Plug in your PlayStation Eye camera and press the Circle button on your wireless controller to check out how you look in action. Then, upload your performances and pictures to My SingStar Online or singstar.com.
It's really easy to find what you're looking for, just use the voice control function and say an artist's name into your wireless mic. There's also loads more tracks to download from the SingStore, so make sure you check it out and build an amazing collection of classic '80s tunes.
Rhythm Of The Night
Get ready to step into the spotlight and take a trip back to the decade of power ballads, R & B and synth pop as you belt out some classic tunes in SingStar Back to the '80s on PlayStation 3.
Loaded with 30 definitive tracks including Africa by Toto and Spandau Ballet's Gold, SingStar Back to the '80s will make you want to hunt out those Elton John glasses, pick up your SingStar mics and perform some serious air grabs as you sing your heart out.
If you're not familiar with Def Leppard, Whitesnake or Tight Fit, don't worry. You can get to grips in practice mode. No pressure, no points, just you, your mic and plenty of smooth tunes.
When you're ready, pick a song and start to rack up loads of points by singing the words as they appear on-screen, and keep an eye on the pitch bars to see if you're hitting the right notes. You'll be scored on your performance, so once you've mastered the easy version of each song, try moving up to the medium version. And, when you feel like Kim Wilde in her prime, have a go at the hard version.
The '80s were full of amazing hits, and you will be spoilt for choice with this epic track list. If you can't decide what to sing, pick one of the six medleys that feature a selection of hits, including Rockin' The '80s and New Wave Rave.

Philip Oakey had the right idea when he sang Together In Electric Dreams - teaming up is great. And, thanks to the fantastic multiplayer modes in SingStar Back to the '80s, you can sing with friends - even when you're belting out tear-jerkers such as the epic Alone by Heart, you can have someone by your side.
In co-operative mode, two players can join forces and score points as a duo, so you perform iconic tracks such as Your Love Is King by Sade together.
Battle mode challenges you to go mic-to-mic with another player and sing your heart out to score the most points. If you have no one to play with at home, you could feel sorry for yourself and sing Don't You Want Me by The Human League, or, sign in to My SingStar Online and play against one of your friends in online battle mode.
As one of the most successful bands of the '80s, Duran Duran took to the stage - complete with big hair and make-up - to perform loads of classic tracks. So, why not form your own band and battle it out in pass the mic mode? Go head-to-head in two teams of up to four players and try your hand at one of the fab five's greatest hits - The Wild Boys. Hairspray and leather jackets are optional.
