Entry Rules

1. This promotion is open to persons aged 18 years or over who are residents of Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK (the Entrant Countries).

2. This promotion is open for entries on 01/12/2011 at 12pm GMT and closes for entries on 24/12/2011 at 23:59pm GMT (the Competition Period). The promotion will operate according to GMT.

3. To enter this promotion, entrants must complete the following steps during the Competition Period:

a. Go to www.youtube.com/sonyplaystation (the Website).

b. Follow the on-screen instructions and click "Spin to Unwrap" in order to unwrap the present for the relevant date to see instantly whether or not they have won.

c. Any entrant that wins a prize must provide their full name, their date of birth, an email address to which any digital prize can be delivered and a postage address to which any physical prize can be delivered. Prizes may be revoked at the Promoter's discretion if this information is not provided.

4. In general, entrants may only enter the competition once each day. However, entrants will also have the option to share the application with friends and connections on Facebook and Twitter by clicking on the "Share on Facebook" or "Share on Twitter" buttons as appropriate. Users will get one additional entry for the first share they place on Facebook and one additional entry for the first share on Twitter each day. No additional entries will be allowed.

5. The winners will be selected by a random mechanic each day. The numbers of winners each day and prizes for each day are as follows:

01/12/2011:

6. There will be no runners up. The decision of the judges is final.

7. Winners will be notified instantly via a 'winners' screen which will appear once they have clicked "Spin to Unwrap". Winners must claim their prize within two weeks using the unique winning url.

8. Once a prize has been claimed, all physical prizes shall be dispatched by post or courier to the address specified by the winner when they claim their prize. All digital prizes will be sent to the email address specified by the winner when they claim their prize. Prizes will only be dispatched to the Entrant Countries.

9. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch all prizes within 30 days of the winner claiming the receiving a winner's postal details but does not accept any responsibility for prizes that are dispatched later than this.

10. If the prize is found to be defective or damaged on delivery, the Promoter must be notified in writing within seven days of the delivery date, otherwise the prize will be deemed to be accepted as delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights (if any).

11. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, publish each winner's name on the Promoter's website(s). Each winner's name will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped, addressed envelope marked 'Festive Giveaway' to the following address: Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Limited, 10 Great Marlborough Street, London W1F 7LP United Kingdom within 6 weeks of the closing date specified above.
