Music Unlimited - 180 Day Free Trial

Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over ("Eligible Persons").
2. To receive a 180 day free trial of the Music Unlimited Basic Subscription, Eligible Persons must:

   (i) Create a Sony Entertainment Network or PlayStation®Network master account (a "Sony Online Network Account") if they do not already have one; and

   (ii) Sign up to the Music Unlimited 180 day free trial of the Basic Subscription.

   Instructions for setting up an account and subscribing to the Basic Subscription can be found at www.SonyEntertainmentNetwork.com. Eligible Persons will need a PlayStation®3 system or a PlayStation®Portable ("Qualifying Device").

3. Only one free trial is available per Eligible Person, as well as per Sony Online Network Account and per Qualifying Device and the free trial is not available to existing or lapsed subscribers of the Basic Subscription or the Premium Subscription (including existing or lapsed subscribers of the 30 Day Free Trial of the Premium Subscription). If an Eligible Person upgrades to any paid subscription plan at any time during their 180 day free trial they will no longer be entitled to the remainder of the free trial.

4. Broadband internet required. Eligible Persons are responsible for any broadband access fees. Registration for Sony Entertainment Network and PlayStation®Network and any subscriptions are subject to acceptance of the PSN Terms of Service and User Agreement ("TOSUA") and Privacy Policy.

5. The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to disqualify any person whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of these terms and conditions or the intention of this offer.
6. Except where stated to the contrary, this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, bundle or incentive.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or cancel this offer or update and/or amend these terms and conditions in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
8. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
