Specific Rules for "Vidzone Offer A Chance To See Slayer Free" Competition

  1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  2. To enter this promotion, you must go to eu.playstation.com/psn/competitions ("the Website"), answer the specified multiple choice questions and submit your details. 
  3. The opening date is 02/11/09 at 12:00 GMT and the closing date is 09/11/09 at 23:59 GMT.
  4. One entry per person.  No entrant may win more than one prize.
  5. All eligible entrants who have submitted the correct answer to the multiple choice questions during the entry period will be placed into a draw.
  6. The draw will take place within 1 week of the closing date. 3 winners and 5 runners' up will be selected at random.
  7. The prize for each winner is a pair of tickets to see Slayer at 1 of 3 UK venues, the London Forum on 26/11/09, the Birmingham O2 Academy on 19/11/09 and the Manchester Academy on 20/11/09.  Winners will be randomly allocated a venue from the 3 selected venues.
  8. The prize for each runner up is a signed copy of the new Slayer album 'World Painted Blood'.
  9. The winners will be notified by e-mail and a follow up call within 2 days of the closing date and the runners up will be notified by e-mail only within 2 days of the closing date. The winners will be given 3 days to claim their prize and the runners up will be given 30 days to claim their prize.
  10. The winners and their guests will have their names put on the band's guestlist.
  11. Prizes for the runners up shall be dispatched by post or courier to the address associated with the PSN account of each runner up.
  12.  If the prize for the runners-up is found to be defective or damaged on delivery, the Promoter must be notified in writing within 7 days of the delivery date, otherwise the prize will be deemed to be accepted as delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights (if any).  
  13. The Promoter shall publish the PSN ID and country of residence of the winners and each runner up on the Website.
