Specific Rules for FIFA 10 and PSP-3000 Bundle Promotion

Part A: Entry Criteria and Conditions

1.    You can only enter this Promotion if you live in one of the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Poland, South Africa, Greece, and Italy and you are aged between 12 and 16 years old (inclusive) at the date of entry.

2.    You will need to obtain your parent or guardian’s consent to enter this Promotion. 

3.    The Promoter of this Promotion, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Ltd  (“we”) reserve the right to ask you at any time to provide proof that you meet the above conditions (for example by requesting copies of your passport and/ or a letter from your parent or guardian).  If you do not provide this proof when requested, we may disqualify you from the Promotion, or take away your prize.

4.    You can only enter this Promotion during the following period: 14 October 2009 at 12.00 BST (the “Opening Date”) and 10 January 2010 at 23:59 GMT (the “Closing Date”).

Part B: Entry Method and Selection


6.    To enter this Promotion, you must go to www.footballpsp.com and follow the on-screen instructions for the FIFA 10 and PSP-3000 Bundle Promotion. If they have not already done so, your parent or legal guardian must first register a PSN account and then set up a sub-account for you. You must enter the Promotion using your PSN sub-account. Registration for PSN is subject to acceptance of the PSN Terms of Service and User Agreement and PSN Privacy Policy. No purchase necessary.

Selection

7.    The Winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries received between the Opening Date and Closing Date. 

8.    The draw will take place within two weeks of the Closing Date.


Part C: The Prize
   
9.    The prize for the Winner is an opportunity to attend a 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ game, as an official FIFA Flag Bearer, joining the teams as they walk onto the pitch.  The Winner will be informed of the particular game that they will be attending and the relevant travel dates when they are notified that they have won the Promotion.

10.    The Winner attending the above event must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

11.    The following shall be arranged for the Winner and their accompanying adult:

•    Economy class return flights to the city in South Africa where the game will take place (if applicable);
•    Return airport transfers to and from the hotel in South Africa;
•    Three nights accommodation in a 3 star hotel;
•    Breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the stay;
•    Transfers to and from the match venue;
•    Travel insurance;
•    Two Category 2 tickets to a FIFA World Cup™ game: one for the Winner and one for the accompanying adult.

The Winner and the accompanying adult are responsible for their transport to and from their home and the airport.

12.    The Winner will be notified by e-mail within 3 weeks of the Closing Date. He / She will be asked to provide the name and postal address of their parent or guardian so that they can be contacted about the prize. If we are unable to contact the Winner or we do not receive their parent or guardian’s details within the deadline specified in the notifying e-mail, then we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from that Winner and offer it to an alternative entrant.

13.    We will ask the Winner and their parent or guardian to sign and send back a form (the “Parental Consent Form”) and (the “Child Consent Form”). In the Parental Consent Form, the Winner’s parent or guardian will be required to declare that they consent to their child continuing to participate in the Promotion including attending the chosen 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ game, and receiving the prizes described below.

14.    If we do not receive the signed Parental Consent Form and Child Consent Form within the deadline specified with the forms, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from that Winner and offer it to an alternative entrant.


Part D: Publicity and Filming


15.    We may want to film the Winner and their accompanying adult over the duration of the prize and/or during their attendance at the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ game.

16.    By attending and participating in the Promotion, the Winner and their accompanying adult (and if different, the entrant’s parent or guardian) will be considered to have given us and our associated companies and agents, permission to:

(i)    photograph, film and record them in relation to the prize;   
(ii)    edit, alter, reproduce, publish and distribute any such photographs, recordings and films or anything derived from them (the “Material”) in any medium; and
(iii)    use the Material, in whole or in part, for any purposes it deems necessary to promote, advertise or exploit the PlayStation brand and anything connected to it.

17.    The Winner and their accompanying adult also agree to waive any moral rights that they may have in the Material and to release us and our associated companies and agents from any claims for payment in connection with our use of the Material.

Part E: Data Protection

18.    By entering this Promotion, you and your parent or guardian consent to your personal details being collected and used by us and our agents in order to run this Promotion and to award the prizes. We shall be the “data controller” of your personal data for the purposes of data protection regulations.

19.    We confirm that all personal data we request from you is necessary for the purposes of you participating in this Promotion and/or obtaining the prizes.

Part F: General

20.    We may disqualify you from the Promotion and/or withdraw prizes from you if you:
(i)    do not fulfill all of the relevant entry criteria;
(ii)    give us untruthful, inaccurate or misleading information;
(iii)    do not follow these Specific Rules and/or the General Rules;
(iv)    do not follow any rules or instructions given by us or our agents at any time during this Promotion (including at the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ game).

21.    In the event that an entrant or Winner is disqualified or is unable to attend any part of the Promotion or the prize, we reserve the right to choose a different Winner as a substitute.

22.    We shall have no liability to pay compensation to you if you are disqualified from this Promotion or if you are unable to attend or take part in the prize for whatever reason.

23.    We may, at our sole discretion, publish the name and country of residence of the Winner on our website(s). The name and country of residence of the Winner will be made available on request to those who enclose a stamped SAE marked “FIFA 10 and PSP-3000 Bundle Promotion” to the following address: Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, 10 Great Marlborough Street, London W1F 7LP, within 10 weeks of the FIFA 2010 World Cup South Africa™ game.

24.    No expenses will be covered by us other than those expressly stated to be covered in these Specific Rules.
