MAG™ Leadership Trailer Specific Rules

  1. This Promotion is open to residents of France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom who are aged 16 years or over except employees and agents of the Promoter and their families.
  2. To enter this Promotion, entrants must:
    a. go to http://uk.playstation.com/psn/competitions/;
    b. set up a (or, if an account has already been set up, sign in to your) PlayStation®Network master account; and
    c. submit text suggestions for the script of the MAG™ Leadership Trailer.
    No purchase necessary.
  3. Entries must:
    a. be in English;
    b. be no longer than 30 words;
    c. be the entrant’s own original work; and
    d. not contain any swearing, discriminatory or abusive language or anything that would contravene Clauses 7 or 8 of the General Rules.
  4. This Promotion opens for entries on 6/8/2009 at 11.00 BST and closes for entries on 12/8/2009 at 11.59 BST.
  5. There is no limit on the number of entries per person.
  6. There will be up to 10 winners of the prize. The winners will be selected by a panel of judges based on the strongest entries that are considered to be inspirations and which conform to the Promoter’s overall vision for the MAG™ Leadership Trailer. The decision of the judges is final. The panel of judges will include members from the Promoter, The Mill and Zipper Interactive.
  7. The Prize is the inclusion of one or more text suggestions from the winner in the MAG™ Leadership Trailer and a MAG™ PlayStation®Network related prize.
  8. The winners will be selected and notified by e-mail within 14 days of the closing date. Prizes shall be dispatched via email. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch the prize within 28 days of the notification but does not accept any responsibility for prizes that are dispatched later than this.
  9. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, publish the winner’s name and country of residence on the Promoter’s website(s). The winner’s details (name and country) will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped SAE marked “MAG™ Leadership Trailer Promotion” to the following address: 10 Great Marlborough Street, London, W1F 7LP, United Kingdom within 4 weeks of the closing date specified above.
  10. For the avoidance of doubt, all entries shall become the property of the Promoter in accordance with Clause 15 of the General Rules.
  11. Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may use any entry submitted in accordance with this Promotion, in whole or in part, for any purposes it deems necessary, including without limitation, to promote, advertise or exploit the MAG™ Leadership Trailer and anything connected with the MAG™ game, and the Promoter and its associated companies’ (including, without limitation, Sony Computer Entertainment America) products and services.
