Who'd have thought, back in 2004 when Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater came out and was the best thing in the world, that 8 years later we'd be able to play that very same game in the palm of our hands. Well now you can, thanks to the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection landing on PlayStation Vita. The hi-def bundle also includes Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty and is Game of the Week in Access TV Episode 39, available on the PlayStation Store today.

The team is also in LA (again), this time taking part in a Virtua Fighter exhibition tournament at the 8-bit arcade. Beat 'em up legends Chibita and Fuudo were there, not only to fight each other, but to crush anyone foolish enough to challenge them – and that included Access TV camerman Dan Read.

There's also the small matter of an interview with Hollywood icon Nicolas Cage, who tells us which of his movies he thinks would make great games while also talking a bit about Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance. Because he's in it, and it's out on blu-ray.

As ever, there's a hearty round-up of the best stuff from the PlayStation Store, as well as all your latest gaming news, so download and enjoy!

Access TV is available on the PlayStation Store every Wednesday, free to download for all UK PSN users.
