Games Convention in Leipzig is a key date in the European videogame calendar – and 2008 should be no exception.
Alongside E3 and the Tokyo Games Show, Games Convention is a key annual event for all followers of PlayStation.
By actively encouraging consumer participation, it gives the public the chance to get up and close and personal with some of the most exciting innovations around.
In 2007, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe took the stage at Leipzig to reveal exciting new products such as PlayTV for PlayStation 3 and Go!Explore for PSP.
The show also gave PlayStation fans a chance to find out more about key titles including Buzz!: Quiz TV, Gran Turismo 5 Prologue and Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.
This year offers an opportunity to take a closer look at key upcoming titles. With blockbusters such as MotorStorm Pacific Rift and Resistance 2 rubbing shoulders with eagerly anticipated innovative titles such as LittleBigPlanet and PlayStation Home, make sure to keep checking back regularly as the action unfolds.
