Spider-Man: Friend or Foe, Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron and Warhammer 40,000: Squad Command, on the horizon for PSP.
Spider-Man: Friend or Foe
Marvel and Activision take everyone's favourite web-slinging superhero in a new direction with Spider-Man: Friend or Foe. Inspired by the film trilogy and the comics, this new outing challenges you to defeat and then join forces with notorious villains such as Doc Ock, Green Goblin, Venom and Sandman, and take on a worldwide evil threat.
Throughout the original storyline you can control a sidekick drawn from a number of superheroes or villains, enabling you to combine their abilities with Spider-Man to unleash incredible team combos. In addition, a new feature for the Spider-Man titles lets a friend join the game at any point, taking control of the sidekick.
Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron
Continuing the popular Star Wars Battlefront series, this exclusive offering for PSP replaces the class system of previous titles with new character customisation options, allowing you to create millions of unique combatants.
From missions of sabotage to rescue and retrieval, the storyline follows an elite Rebel cadre of battle-hardened rogues and scoundrels, handpicked by Han Solo, who undertake the Alliance's most secretive and dangerous missions.
Warhammer 40,000: Squad Command
Games Workshop's grim vision of 40th Century combat, brought to PC via THQ's acclaimed Dawn of War series, opens up a new beachhead on PSP.
Featuring the Emperor's stalwart Ultramarines in the single player campaign, Squad Command's turn-based strategy puts you in control of these hardened warriors as they combat their former brethren, Space Marines who have fallen from grace under the daemonic influence of Chaos.
Multiplayer supports co-operative and head-to-head gameplay across nine unique missions, letting you take on the role of either the Imperium of Man or Chaos Space Marines.
