Japan's multi-million selling RPG series finally makes its European debut.

Despite selling over 35 million units worldwide, Square Enix's Dragon Quest series has never made the journey over to European shores - until now. Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King is the latest instalment of the incredibly popular series, and the first to be created for PlayStation 2.

Fans of Dragon Ball Z will be pleased to learn that the series' creator Akira Toriyama is on character design duties and, thanks to some excellent cel-shading, they all look as if they've been lifted straight out of an anime. The gorgeous visuals, combined with the classic Dragon Quest gameplay, will make for the finest, most epic instalment of the series yet.
