Building on the format of its predecessor, WWE SmackDown! Vs. RAW 2006 adds all-new features and refines the authentic grappling action that has made the series a must-have for wrestling fans and beat 'em up lovers alike.

The new Momentum System allows you to build up power by staying true to your character's 'face' or 'heel' status while piling the pressure on your opponents. The more fluid and realistic your behaviour, the quicker you can perform special and signature moves.

Balancing this is the Stamina System, which forces players to play more strategically, conserving their energy in order to maintain stamina throughout the duration of a match. If you'd prefer to leave the wrestling to the experts, the comprehensive General Manager mode allows you to take care of either WWE brand, scheduling matches and creating rivalries in a bid to beat the rival programme.
